MY FIRST 1st PLACE CLIENT
That’s right! You read that correctly! I got the honor to massage one of my best friends and 1st place weight lifting champion @coryosoreos
He drove over 3 hours to come get a massage from me personally to get him ready to kick ass at the @broadripplefitclub weightlifting meet, where he took 1st in his weight class of 73kgs (get your calculator and convert it yourself…lol).
It was an awesome opportunity to be able to work with him and see him place higher than he expected to. I knew he’d kill it though. I never doubted that for a second.
I’m super proud of him and I can’t wait until he competes in Indiana again.
Congratulations again, bro!!

FIRST CHIROPRACTIC VISIT
Had my first Chiropractic adjustment a few days ago with the amazing @drjordanburns and might I say, this junk felt awesome.
I definitely feel more stable and strong. He gave me the full experience. Neck, shoulders, back, feet, and my favorite part…the hips!
Once I got off the table, I felt like a new man. Dr.JB is amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful.

What’s going on peeps?! Did you guys miss me? Let me first start off by saying Happy New Year and welcome to 2019!! Glad to see that you made to this new year and I wish nothing but love, joy, and prosperity all year long for you and yours.
As you can see I’ve been ducked off from posting videos for a while, just simply because I haven’t been in the gym for the last 3 to 4 months (crazy right?) I’ve gained a lot of unhealthy weight, and my conditioning is definitely lacking. I don’t have a sob story about it because there isn’t one to tell. I’ve flat out just have been lazy and I haven’t been making it a priority.
But that’s all about to change. My new year’s resolution is to get better. Period. In all aspects of my life (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and financially).
I will also be posting more content that will keep you guys motivated and inspired like I was doing once before.
I also plan on starting a YouTube channel where I walk you guys through some of my workouts, meal preparation, and my overall fitness journey.
This will be a fun and interesting year, and I hope you guys stick around for the ride. I love you all and thank you for rocking with me for another year.
